We met our guide at the tourist information office as described and had a scenic ride on the cogwheel train to the top of the mountain. Great guide, as he is from the area and provided so many interesting information. We decided to stay longer at our own and the tourguide gave us the tickets for the return. Over all it is a great tour as you can customize it when you are at Gornergrat. We spent two more hours for lunch, before we travelled back to Zermatt.
