View on Google MapsKai provided wonderful patience and expertise over two weeks to assist our disabled child in learning to ski. She had the most wonderful holiday as a result of his help in Zermatt.
I trained with coach Ksenia and it was a wonderful experience. This is a very qualified trainer who motivates every day, lifts your spirits and perfectly knows absolutely all the tracks in Zermatt and on the Italian side. I learned new skiing skills. and would like to train with Ksenia next year. Ksenia is very easy-going, positive and professional.
I highly recommend Kai as a ski instructor! As a beginner, I was a bit nervous at first, but Kai’s patience, calm demeanor, and clear teaching style made all the difference. He explains techniques in a way that’s easy to understand and builds confidence step by step, never rushing or pressuring you. After just a few lessons with him, I felt much more confident on my skis and genuinely excited to keep learning and improving. Kai is extremely skilled, attentive, and always encouraging, which makes the learning experience both effective and enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back and take more lessons with him. He is truly a great asset to European Snowsport and I feel very lucky to have learned from him!

My children and nephews were taught by the wonderful Kai Chevance for a week commencing 29.12.25. Honestly they couldn’t have been on better hands and the excellent tuition really brought on the kids and gave them a reason to get up early on holiday every morning. Particular mention should be given to his excellent handling of my son with autism who had a few initial issues with confidence but was able to overcome these by their care and calmness shown.
Our three year old daughter had a great time and learned a lot in her lessons with Amelia this year. Amelia was kind and our daughter was almost immediately comfortable spending time with her and was turning and stopping by the end of the week after never having skiied before. Amelia was great with kids and worked through one of the kids having a hard day and needing some rest time. Having our daughter spend the mornings with Amelia also allowed us to spend the morning snowboarding off the bunny hill while our daughter was excited and happy to be with Amelia and other kids.
My daughter had a super experience with Saar (Jackie) as her private ski instructor! She was taught by a top lady for 3 days! Super sympathetic, good click with my daughter of 9 years and when she went with us afterwards it was clear that she had learned a lot in a short time!!!! Very grateful for your commitment Saar!
Our son Vinudh had his very first skiing experience with Carl, and we could not have asked for a better instructor. From the very beginning, Carl was kind, patient, and incredibly encouraging. He made Vinudh feel safe and confident, even though it was his first time on skis. Carl has a wonderful way of teaching children — calm, friendly, and full of positive energy. He explained everything clearly and always took the time to make sure Vinudh understood and felt comfortable. Thanks to Carl, our son not only learned the basics of skiing but also truly enjoyed the experience and gained confidence on the slopes. We are extremely grateful to Carl for making Vinudh’s first ski lesson such a happy and memorable one. He is an outstanding ski instructor, and we highly recommend him to any parent looking for a caring, professional, and talented teacher.
It was a great fun experience. Kai was really helpful and went out of the way to make us newbies comfortable and ensuring that we had a memorable first skii experience.
Kai was awesome!! I went down the blue slope after 2 hours of him teaching me how to ski from scratch, he’s the best teacher ever!! (I didn’t even fall once 😏) For sure will come back and recommend 10/10
We as a family hired two with Lucas and Sergio. The two excellent spots, attentive, helped us at all times with the teams, explained in an excellent way every detail, I would rate it with me an incredible adventure and 💯 recommended. Very nice. We left after two days with much more knowledge and the little ones already on track almost professional. Ask Sergio and Lucas.
