View on Google MapsThe class is excellent - you get to learn how to make traditional pierogi in a calm, intimate environment and the liquor tasting is a wonderful bonus!
This is an amazing tour and great value. Learning to make the food was a great experience and the host was very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend it!
What a great experience! Dominik had prepped 5 fillings and then we 4 participants added additional elements to season them, mixed our own doughs and then rolled out the dough, filled them and enjoyed! We could chat and meet each other, try a wide variety of homemade liquors (including dogwood, quince, limoncello etc) . Environment was clean and professional and English no problem. Highly recommend!

It was such a fun evening. Dominik, the host, was amazing. The class was held in his home, which was spacious enough for us to work in but also cozy at the same time. He engaged us in conversation, but gave us time to talk with the other guests. He explained each step of the process and offered to send all the recipes so we didn't have to remember it on our own. We shared charcuterie with Polish cheeses and meat, some wonderful liqueurs and pierogies with 5 different fillings. My grandfather was Polish so I grew up eating pierogies, but these weren't like any I'd had before. It was so great to try new recipes! Absolutely recommend Dominik and his class.
We had a great time learning how to make pierogis from scratch and tasting the delicious liquors that were handcrafted infused. The intimate setting lent itself to the unique type of experience we were looking for. Our host was gracious and knowledgeable and we enjoyed learning about his culture and family traditions. The pierogis were a delicious bonus!!! Can’t wait to test them out when we get home. Highly recommend this experience!
I highly recommend this experience to anyone curious about making authentic pierogi. Dominik warmly welcomed my daughter and me into his lovely apartment and even offered us a selection of homemade flavored vodka shots. We then moved into the kitchen, working step by step through the process. Together, we prepared three different fillings, each one delicious. Afterward, we sat down to enjoy the meal we had created. We asked Dominik plenty of questions, and he answered every one with patience and enthusiasm. After the class, he sent us a variety of pierogi recipes along with a few photos. It was an excellent evening from start to finish.
What a wonderful experience learning to make Pierogi in Dominick’s beautiful home. Dominik is a great teacher overall. I enjoyed the evening learning about Poland, vodka and making Pierogis with two other couples. Highly recommend taking Dominick’s class!
What an incredible experience! Dominik was a gracious host and a wonderful teacher. This was such an authentic Polish experience, it brought my dad to tears remembering making pierogis with his grandmother as a child. The appetizers were wonderful, the Polish vodka was delicious and of course o ur pierogis were so yummy. Come hungry!! There are so many pierogis, we couldn’t eat them all. Thanks Dominik, we loved this!!
Dominik is a great host. Very welcoming into his own home, puts you at ease immediately. We started with a charcuterie board of Polish cheeses, cured meats and bread - the origins and history of which were explained. Making of the Pierogi was fun, with plenty of varied filling. Throughout the evening Dominik shared shots of various liquors he’d made himself, which were interesting and delicious, it was nice sharing this experience with other likeminded travellers and hearing about their adventures.
Dominik was a great host. We had a great time making them eating pierogi. I remember making them as a child, but this was a new experience. I can foresee making pierogi when I get home. If you leave hungry, it is your own fault!
