View on Google MapsThe tour was a great experience and a nice way to see a lot in a little amount of time. While the fee was a little more than other tours I think it was made up in the “extras” they give you as well as the fantastic tour guide. We had our 4 year old daughter and CJ made sure to make her feel included and she enjoyed and was into the ride for the full 2.5 hour tour! Would highly recommend if wanting to see the city of Waco along with those Fixer Upper highlights.
Shannon & Brad, our tour guides, were an absolute delight! They made it fun & interactive and very informative!

CJ and Don were the best! They were incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They made the experience so wonderful!
The tour was fun, friendly and fabulous! Our tour guides Brad and Micah were well informed and professional. We felt very comfortable with the entire tour.
Really enjoyed this tour around Waco! We gained a good understanding of the area, the Magnolia beginnings and saw some fun “Fixer Upper” properties. A must do tour if you’re in the area. Our tour guides Brad and Micah were extremely kind and caring individuals. Love the restoration theme of the tour as a whole. God bless!
Tour was the “best of the best” tour driving by Chip & Joanna’s renovated homes, Silo shops, zoo, views of the city & more! We stopped at a local coffee shop near Baylor’s campus for coffee. We learned of the many contributions the Gaines made toward making Waco what it is today as well as Waco’s early history. Van was comfortable & CJ, our tour guide was a hoot - fun, very knowledgeable with attention to detail as well as entertaining!
Loved the tour! Riley was so knowledgeable. Learned so much more about Waco beyond Fixer Upper. Thank you!
This is a good tour. Brad and Don are incredibly knowledgeable about the area. They are personable and funny! My friend and I drove around on our own and passed many of the points of interest that are on the tour. However, without being in Brad and Don’s company, we would have never known about the history of the city… or been there for their dad jokes (ha,ha!). The reason I didn’t give it a full five stars is because it’s mainly a driving tour. It’s hard to hear the commentary from the back of the bus; and, we only stopped twice: once to see Common Grounds and get a drink, and the second to stop in a park to see a view. It was quite chilly in their Sprinter; and I would have preferred to have more places to explore from outside the vehicle.
It was the best tour I have ever been on! Learned so much about Waco!! Very informative and the driver and tour guide very knowledgeable and sense of humor!
