So you should definitely do the bio bay. It’s overall a very unique experience. We had a mixed experience with Fun Brothers. We arrived as instructed 15 minutes early for our 8pm reservation. We waited at the designated pickup spot until about 8:15 before we started calling. We finally received a return phone call telling us that we were texted with a different pickup location, but we had not received that text. We made our way to the new location and then we were told that we would have to wait till 9:15 for pickup. We complained loudly about that and finally they picked us up at around 8:45. The van had no tail lights, but the staff drove carefully, were very friendly and tried their best to help us. Our guide was attentive, friendly and concerned for our safety, but he was not very knowledgeable about the experience or the environment. The launch area is so muddy that we sunk up to our knees. It also smells terrible. This seems to be the result of a lot of uncoordinated, amateurish tour companies not caring for the space. The staff at Fun Brothers were equipped with water to clean us up, so we didn’t return to our vehicles covered in that stinky mud. This was very appreciated. In all, it was a very average experience, and if I were going to do it again, I would seek out a more knowledgeable and professional outfit with better communication.
