We had a great tour of Victoria with Scott as our guide. He personalized our trip, finding an extra museum that was a huge hit. We had the flexibility to stay at Butchart gardens. Being in a small van we saw things off the larger tour bus routes. Scott was funny, knowledgeable, and worked to ensure our family group of 14 (both adults and kids) had a great time and that we got a nice overview of many of the different areas of Victoria.
