View on Google MapsIt was an unforgettable experience. Much above expectations. The Constanza is her husband Paolo very friendly and didactic in explaining the process of elaborating the folders and the Tiramissu. For us (me, my wife and my two children) it was a grateful opportunity to experience this process so Italian and authentic. They took classes in English and Italian. It seemed like we were with a couple of friends who had known each other for a long time and met again. I highly recommend this experience.
I did have is previously what booked with TripAdvisor but this was a unique experience. Cozy home with an Italian lady who knew a lot about cooking and Italian food. The ravioli and tiramisu were fantastic! Highly recommended for traveling alone people and families.
An amazing experience! Constanza and Paolo were very welcoming. We came with our kids and this is the exact memorable and delicious authentic experience we wanted them to have. Thanks a lot!

We had a wonderful evening with Constanza and her husband. She introduced us to Italian cuisine and her husband translated everything. He could speak German very well! It didn't feel like a normal cooking class, but like a nice afternoon with old acquaintances. The food was sensational and we will definitely cook the dishes at home for our family! Many thanks to the two for the nice evening.
Such a great evening...to make the pasta, two types, plus tiramisu was really satisfying...so tasty too. Great company..lots of fun
We couldn't have had a better time learning how to make fresh pasta and tiramisu with Costanza and her husband. We not only learned a lot and plan to make these recipes for our family and friends, but also had lots of fun talking about everything from Italian cuisine, culture, traditions, politics, and more. We are so grateful to our gracious hosts and would highly recommend you spend some time with them if you are ever in or around Trento.
Everything was perfect - met our expectations and beyond; great class, great lunch, wonderful hosts. If you are into Italian cuisine this is an experience for you.
Lovely place, very beautiful scenery, so peaceful and serene. Definitely worth a visit.there are walking/ biking trails everywhere and bear spotting too.
This was the highlight of our trip! Costanza and her husband were so welcoming and accommodating. We had a person with a dairy intolerance in our group and she communicated before we got there to make sure the ingredients she was going to use were acceptable. The food we made was delicious. The table she prepared for us to enjoy the fruits of our labor was beautiful. The time spent together was priceless. Costanza and her husband (translator) made us feel like family!
*English*: Chef Constanza welcomed us in her amazing House in the Hills of Trento (good to reach with Bus 10) and the experience was very nice! Constanzas lovely Husband Paolo joined us for translation and conversation. They were really nice hosts. We now know the secrets of preparing authentic (!) Tortelloni, Tagliatelle and Tiramisu. Chef Constanza's experience is obvious - a quick touch of the dough is enough to know if it's just right, too moist, too dry, etc. This is experience that we still have to gain, but the cooking course has given us the basis for it. The fruit of our labour was delicious, we would do the course again anytime :) // *German*: Chef Constanza welcomed us in her amazing House in the Hills of Trento (good to reach with Bus 10) and we had a wonderful cooking experience!
