Wonderful hospitality, ambience, conversation and food. What more could you ask for in a cozy, authentic night out in Trento.
Good workshop in relaxed surroundings, a little bit outside of the city. Super cool to learn how to make ravioli (a lot of work) and tiramisu (easy). Surely will do that at home too. Be sure you read all the messages about how to get there.
Absolutely amazing!! We were spending our honey moon in Italy, and this activity was extremely fun. We were welcomed into their beautiful house and cooked pasta and tiramisú, which were very tasty. The conversation with them was almost at a family level, and the 4 hours passed by incredibly fast. Definitely recommend this activity!!

We were visiting Trento after a wedding and looking for a local experience where we could learn more about food. This turned out to be the perfect choice! We arrived to a beautiful home where the ingredients and everything else we needed were laid out on the table. Costanza and Paolo gave us background on the dishes and step-by-step instructions. I loved that they offered some dishes we had never tried including Casunziei (a type of pasta) that we stuffed with beets. Then we were able to sit down to eat the delicious food and get to learn more about their family. Afterward they even offered us a ride back to our hotel because it started to rain. This is was such an authentic experience and I couldn’t recommend trying it more!
We arrived from Trento and had a great meal, very good and also friendly, excellent quality, excellent recommendation
So a 5 is the highest Gina and I can rate Costanza. Should be a 10. Gina is a chef and I am learning. However, we thought an authenticate Italian cooking class would help us both learn new things. Boy, did we. Palermo and Costanza were amazing hosts - fun, friendly, and truly doing this for the love and sharing of food and cooking. Truly delightful people. We created pasta dough from scratch and Tiramisu. From the pasta dough we created tortelloni with a spinach filling. The tagliatelli had a mushroom topping that was delicious. But before dinner, Costanza had created multiple appetizers that were delicious as well. This experience was way above and beyond our expectations. While it is billed as a 3 hour experience, we were in their home for over 4 hours and made new friends. Oh, and did I tell you the house is a 3 story manor home that is over 300 years old? The setting was old time Italy and just added to the experience. Book this experience - I guarantee you will NOT be disappointed. Best value you will find and a memory you will never forget.
