This tour was a wonderful success, delivering a genuinely authentic and smooth experience. The professionalism and kindness of our driver were outstanding; he was attentive and ensured the itinerary was executed to perfection. He even told us where to stop for pics, and took the best ones for us. The culinary arrangement was a particular highlight for the picky globe trotter: the lunch, served in a beautiful oasis town by kind local people, was delicious and tasted genuinely organic and homemade. This commitment to quality gives the team some brownie points! The one thing the tour agency could improve, is the communication via the Viator app, which was an operational flaw that caused some stress. We had to request support from Viator to convey our exact pick-up location because the tour company appeared unresponsive. I urge the company to overhaul this process to match the quality of their ground team. A small, worthwhile detail: At the first stop, a local guide must be hired (circa 20 Dinar). We found value in this, as our guide was fantastic and a remarkable polyglot, speaking at least five languages! We were happy to support the local community. Despite the initial booking hurdle, I would defo recommend this tour for its quality and authenticity.
