View on Google MapsGreat experience overall! My daughter and I both appreciated learning about manga and how to create our own little masterpiece. Would recommend to anyone.
Manga was my specialty, but they taught me the basics of drawing and I enjoyed working on it much more than I thought. It was refreshing to hear professional advice on how to use the pen and structure the frames, and I was a bit impressed when the work was completed. I never thought I would be able to ‘create’ in between sightseeing trips, so it became a special photo for me to remember from my travels.
I had a fun manga experience! When I tried it as an adult, I was happy that I was able to draw something that I was not good at. Maybe he was good at teaching. It was interesting to see the individuality in the picture, and each work was completed. It was the first time I knew about the background of manga. I think it was a good experience.
Because it was done in a small number of people, I was grateful that the teacher gave each person careful advice. They told me not only about their technology but also their cultural background, so I was satisfied that I understood them, not that I had experienced them. It was a very fulfilling experience, knowing some of the things that I couldn't touch in my normal trip.
I joined with a friend and we all showed each other the pictures and had a big laugh. The teacher's advice was easy to understand and I got the hang of drawing. It was a fun and refreshing time.
The teacher showed me how to hold the brush and how to split the frames, and I enjoyed it casually with my friends. It was refreshing to see my character properly become a story!
I love manga and it was the first time visiting Japan! Especially I’m obsessed with NARUTO and I decided to do this workshop because I wanted to learn about manga. Even though I am an American, since there was an interpreter, it was really easy for me to understand the content of the workshop.
Even though I don't usually draw much, I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind thanks to the teacher who gently taught me. At first, I was worried if I could draw well, but as I continued to draw, I became absorbed in it and was surprised myself. When I saw the finished work, I felt a sense of accomplishment and felt like a small cartoonist. It was a very valuable experience.
Of course, I was able to draw a manga, but I was also able to turn things around with quizzes, which the kids were very excited about. I'm glad I was able to write my favorite kizoku. It became a family memory.
This was the most amazing experience on our Tokyo trip! Not only did we receive several snacks and small presents, the teacher and translator were very kind! I would definitely recommend this to any manga fan!
