View on Google MapsWe had a nice experience with the very kind instructors walking us through the history, philosophy and basic techniques of ikebana. If you are into flowers and Japanese artistry, you should to try it! Recommend it for both residents and tourists.
Was a great and fun experience! Enjoyed learning the basics of Ikebana with our kind and engaging teachers!
We loved our ikebana class! The teacher is sweet and engaging. We were given just enough information to learn about ikebana without boring the teenagers. Everybody loved what they made!
Overall great experience, very welcoming atmosphere. Staff treated us so very well and made sure we were able to come out of our shell a bit (we are nervous peeps haha) Loved every second
I enjoyed a lot the ikebana experience. Fujisan is an amazing teacher and very friendly and lovely person. If you are into Japanese culture, you will love it!
Thank you for such a beautiful ikebana experience. Everything was explained with so much clarity and kindness and I felt supported at every step. I truly recommend this workshop it’s a gentle, inspiring way to connect with Japanese culture.
My husband and I had a wonderful time learning the basics of Ikebana flower arranging. The instructor was Japanese speaking and the class provided an English/Japanese translator which was great. We created our own Ikebana flower arrangements and it was fascinating that less is actually more for this style of flower arranging. The instructor and translator were so nice and lovely. The place is a bit difficult to find. We were first time Japan travelers and were able to find the place. We definitely recommend this class. It was great! Thank you for a great and educational class!
We loved this experience! It was very relaxing and something we can take back and do at home over and over again! They were so lovely and easy to work with! This is something I wouldn’t think to do but would recommend!
Very good experience, very warm welcome, ideal to make good memories of a traditional experience
What a fantastic experience! My son and I absolutely loved Fujino-sensei’s Ohara-style flower arranging class. We learned the basics of this elegant Japanese art, then chose our own flowers to create beautiful, one-of-a-kind arrangements. Fujino-sensei was warm and patient, and Kennedy’s excellent English translation made everything easy to follow. It was relaxing, creative, and a wonderful way to connect with Japanese culture. We left with lovely arrangements and unforgettable memories. I highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Japan!
