She knew walked us through the tasting and explained in extensive detail the process how the EVOO that were were sampling came to be, the harvest, the process, the region. Again, she was absolutely amazing and I would do this tour many times. The store itself has TONS of selections of high quality EVOOs, honeys, balsamic glazez, treats, sweets and olives. It's an amazing place and I can wait to came back all the way from the USofA.

We (family of 4 with two teenagers) booked the olive oil tasting class and thoroughly enjoyed it. We have been to wine tastings, cheese tastings, and chocolate tastings, but this was a new and fun experience. We have a much deeper appreciation for everything that goes into olive oil production, as well as the differences in taste and quality of olive oil. Would definitely recommend this glass to make your trip to Thessaloniki complete!

Wonderful experience..the tasting is located inside a cozy shop, which is a plus for the heat..if you’re a chef or enjoy cooking, it’s so important to understand olive oils and the variety. Alex was super helpful and kind..made us feel special and invited. Really enjoyed our experience!
We had a really nice time learning about different types of oil , aspects of production and how they influence the living produce olive oil. An absolute recommendation to anyone who is interested in learning more, understanding better or simply having a good time out of curiosity. Thank you for this entertaining time.

My boyfriend and I did an olive oil tasting with Elli, who was super knowledgeable about the different varieties of olive oils and did an excellent job navigating us through the different options. The staff was super friendly and we felt welcomed immediately. Beyond the olive oil tasting, Elli was super helpful with explaining the rest of the amazing products Olicatessen has to offer and we could never be happier with our choices.
