View on Google MapsWe had such a wonderful afternoon at Clos de Basella, learning about their wine making process, commitment to responsible, eco-friendly production, and tasting a wonderful selection of their cellar in a beautiful setting. We had the pleasure of meeting and being guided through our tasting by Oriol, whose expertise and kindness made the experience that much more wonderful. We were blown away at the abundance and deliciousness of the meats and cheeses we received with our tasting, and loved every wine we sampled. We walked away with several bottles, and would've happily enjoyed several more if we'd only had the space! This experience far exceeded my expectations and we would recommend anyone else traveling to this region to visit Clos de Basella or sample their wines!
We had a great afternoon at the vineyard for a wine tasting with brunch. It's in a beautiful setting and all the wines and food were delicious. Thanks to Oriol for being a great tour guide and host (and answering the many, many questions from my Dad who works in agriculture and wanted to know about wind directions/ soil etc). This is quite a special vineyard as it's not focused on large scale production, and you can see the care that goes into everything - from the production of the wines to the preparation of the food we were served. This experience was a highlight of our trip and something we would definitely recommend to anyone visiting this area. We bought a couple of wines to take away, but would love to know if there is anywhere in Barcelona selling them?

Superb discovery warmly welcomes enthusiasts, a superb work on wine, exceptional places, the excellent aperitif reasonable price a real nugget in a green setting where there is a real balance of the ecosystem. Absolutely not to be missed, small vineyard with real work behind.
Little nugget! Discovered by chance on Tripadvisor during our stay in Rosas, we feasted! Warm Welcoming, passionate staff, beautiful setting, quality products (wines obviously but also cheese, cold cuts, pan con tomato...) To do, highly recommended!
Very nice and nice tour and tasting. The host was very knowledgeable and experiences knew in good English to tell everything. Vineyard is beautiful and the wines are excellent.
We loved it, we visited it during a girls trip, the guide was super nice and all the wines we tried were really good! We would love to go back again!
Very nice discovery with this area attached to the quality of its wine. A very interesting visit with a passionate guide, tasting on top with very good explanations. Beautiful setting. We recommend completely, we had a great time!
Great visit!! Our guide was adorable and full of anecdotes! The wines and tapas were excellent and the Price quality ratio unbeatable. I recommend, very good time!
We spent an afternoon in the vineyards during our holiday in Spain. When we arrived it already looked beautiful and cozy, nice lounge sofas etc. During the tour the guide told us all kinds of things and he really had passion for his work. You saw he knew all about it. During the tasting of the wines you did find out that the quality was really top. We have chosen to taste 6 wines and even though not all wines are your taste, the experience is simply amazing. After the time we ordered a bottle ourselves and got delicious snacks that were made fresh at that time. This is definitely recommended if you are in the area of Girona and want to do something different than visit a town, no matter how many men you are with. I would go there again like this 😊
There are 7 people. A group of five Germans and the two of us. The guide made the visit in both English and Spanish to integrate everyone. It was a very pleasant, complete and satisfying visit. He explained the origins of the vineyard by taking a walk among the vineyards, the harvesting process and the fermentation of the grapes until tasting different types of wines. An experience that is obviously worth living.
