View on Google MapsI'm actually a pretty good cook myself and do a number of Chinese dishes, so I wasn't sure if I would get anything "new" out of this course. But I did indeed learn some new techniques and food combinations that I would have never encountered on my own. And presenters Vivian and Johanna are as nice and as sweet as can be! Don't miss this opportunity.
It was a very safe atmosphere even for the first time, and Vivien was a very kind and kind person and it was a cooking class that made me want to come back to Taiwan! The staff were very friendly and enjoyed it throughout. I'm looking forward to the recipe and making it when I get back!
I enjoyed the lesson and it was delicious with a simple recipe that didn't contain anything extra. You can also get the recipe, so I made it at home when I got home. I'm satisfied.

All the activity was very well organized and interesting. I had a very good time and we prepared a full menu with many different dishes. The staff was super friendly and we'll prepared
This is an AWESOME cooking class! The staff are super friendly, the instructions are straightforward, and the food is delicious. I try cooking classes in many different countries, and this was by far one of the best cooking classes I've ever done. Definitely come hungry - there is a LOT of food!
He carefully guided us through the cooking process, selecting typical Taiwanese dishes. The instructor, Vivi, will teach the nostalgic tastes of grandmothers and mothers with a gentle smile and easy-to-understand Japanese, and I think even men unfamiliar with cooking will enjoy participating. I think it gives us a different perspective on Taiwanese food, ingredients and seasonings, how the food we casually eat is devised and arranged in a way that is typical of Taiwan.
Booking this class for the first day of my Taipei trip was one of the best decisions I made. I was extremely jet-lagged and exhausted, but this class was so calm, fun, and relaxing. The teachers were so warm and friendly and knowledgeable, the food was absolutely delicious, and I learned new tips and techniques. I also appreciated the chance to make a few foods that are different from soup dumplings/beef noodle soup, and I learned about some of the rare spices and ingredients that make up Taiwanese cooking.
I participate in various cooking classes every time I visit Taiwan. Cooking Fun Taiwan is the easiest to understand and the menu setting is "dong pi sha" to your wishes. In addition to the standard Xiaolongbao, you can also learn other popular Taiwanese dishes and desserts, which makes it great for first-timers and repeat cookery class members. You can have fun in a warm atmosphere while chatting with the friendly Vivien teacher. This time, I participated in classes of "Daikon Mochi", "Meat Dumpling Thickening Soup" and "Mamehana". It was delicious. I'll come again.
It was my first trip to Taiwan and I applied because I thought I could eat around but if I wanted to learn cooking from locals. I don't speak any local language, but I was able to speak to Vivien in Japanese and enjoyed talking about Taiwan and many other things besides how to make it! The food was all delicious and I was full on my way home. It was a very friendly atmosphere, so it was an experience that made me want to go again. Thank you very much.
