Experience the Best of Shimla with a local - Private 4 Hrs Tour in AC Car

DO NOT SCHEDULE tours via this service. It’s better to negotiate in person a tour. The tour services involved in steeling $108 for a tour we never received are: Yo Tours and Wanderung Guides Private Limited. We order a 4 hour tour of Shimla by SVU Car, because my husband has mobility issues, and the tour was set for minimal walking. My husband can only walk 10 minutes and has to sit and rest, thus the car tour. The tour company took the money and sent us a guide to do a 3 hour walking tour of the mall in Shimla, which required 3 full hours of walking. The guide was not at fault, he was assigned to give us a walking tour, however we were charged for a 4 hour tour in a SVU, sites that require a car (to be driven based on distance) such as the institute and drive to the main gate of the Jakhu Temple. Since we ordered a driving tour and not a walking tour we did not go with the walking tour and submitted a refund request, which the tour company argued and played games and didn’t return the money. I’ve submitted a dispute with my credit/bank company and may get an attorney involved if I don’t receive a reimbursement. Don’t trust these sub contract of a sub contract tour companies. It’s very easy for you to be taken advantage of.
