Our half‑day tour to Zhujiajiao was absolutely wonderful. The ancient water town is full of history and charm, and we loved it … but what really elevated the entire experience was our tour guide, Michael. From the moment we met, he was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. He shared fascinating stories about the history and culture of Zhujiajiao, guided us through the best spots, and made sure we never felt rushed. What stood out most was his generosity and genuine desire to make our day special. We felt truly cared for throughout the tour. I highly recommend this tour — and especially Michael, our guide — to anyone visiting Shanghai. It was a memorable and seamless experience thanks to his, and the tour company, exceptional service. Also special thanks to our driver today. He has been great and we had a very comfortable vehicle to take us to Zhujiajiao.

The town is beautiful, worth going to. The garden is honestly a better, less crowded version of Yuyuan, peaceful and a great place to take pics. Robert, our tour guide, was very friendly and helpful

I loved this tour of Zhujiajiao. This ancient water town is so beautiful and i enjoyed the boat ride too. My tour guide Robert was amazing. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and taught me about the history and meanings of everything and was happy to answer any questions I had, and also took alot of great photos for me. The tour was amazing! We’ve spent time in Beijing and Shanghai so it was such a nice change to see a Water Village. We had perfect weather for the boat ride, and enjoyed the shops and the gardens. Lea was a wonderful tour guide, very informed and thoughtful in her presentation.
