View on Google MapsWe had an excellent experience with Marcella. She answered our questions, cooked an extremely delicious authentic Italian dinner, and even made us the most delicious cacao shots! We will definitely return for a cooking class with her. We expected to help her in the kitchen; however, we were mistaken. In fact, the experience that we booked was more relaxing for us! So, we went with the flow and enjoyed the relaxing meal in such a beautiful place.
The host was lovely and an excellent cook. My meal was delicious. And the wine was non stop. The house was a bit challenging to find but I’m glad I stuck with it. FYI, it’s not a cooking class. You are served lunch in a locals home.
The cooking day with Emauela in her family house was excellent. She showed us how to prepare typical dishes from Ligurie. We ate special pizza, vegetable balls, foccacia, handmade pasta with ragu or mushroom sauce, slow-roasted wild pork with polenta, cake with homemade figue jam. Her hospitality was great! Like present we got lemons direct from the trees. Thank you very much. 🤎

This was a wonderful experienced to be welcomed into our hosts own home, shown how to make several authentic regional dishes, with some ingredients made by her own family. The all tasted great and there was so much food we couldn’t hope to finish it all. The address was a little hard to find, even for the local taxi driver so some additional instructions and pictures might be useful but a call to our host cleared it up and she and her delightful children were waiting for us. We arrived a little early and she had no problems adapting and making us feel welcome. We had on e dairy intolerant guest and she went out of her way to accommodate this dietary need and was also experienced with gluten free cooking so I would highly recommend this to anyone with dietary restrictions.
J’ai offert à mon ami pour son anniversaire cette expérience culinaire chez Emmanuela. Il a été bluffé par l’originalité de ce cadeau. Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux et délicieux. Emmanuela est passionnée elle nous a ouvert les portes de sa cuisine et a partagé avec nous les recettes de son enfance en nous transmettant sa passion qu’elle tient de sa famille. Nous nous sommes régalés en voyageant en Italie à travers les plats qu’elle nous a concoctés avec beaucoup de générosité. Et son français est impeccable !! Merci infiniment pour ce souvenir qui nous a ravis.
