View on Google MapsThanks to Selim’s excellent judgment, the decision was made to go on a different day than originally planned. This ensured not being snowed out. Excellent weather for a lengthy hike. The driver was very safe and it was a comfortable vehicle.
The road was a bit long from Sanliurfa but you should not miss visiting Mount Nemrut. It is absolutely fantastic. The only problem we had was that the French-speaking guide we had to replace and we had an English-speaking guide instead.
Great trip. Saw a lot in a very short time. Knowledgeable guide with good English. Flexed itinerary for eating as per my request without an issue.
