View on Google MapsI highly recommend this tour. We met Vic at San Juan and did the coffee and chocolate tour. Vic is very knowledgeable and was very friendly and personable as well. We really enjoyed the tour.
Loved the tour and Vick was a great guide. The tour was very comprehensive, showing the whole coffee production process and ending with a cup of coffee at a café.
The guide, Luis, was thé highlight of the visit, very interesting informations to give and recommendations too! Overall it was interesting and we didn't only do the coffee tour. Luis also took us to little chocolate, honey and fabric tours which was interesting. I just feel like the tour was expensive but Luis was great!

Great experience! Guide picked me up from the hotel and was very knowledgeable. The coffee experience was thorough and we even got to try the coffee. We also did a chocolate making lesson and textile workshop which was great bonuses.
The guide was super sweet and it was an interesting tour. However, I do believe that it could be slightly better organized and many of the experiences offered in the tour can be done solo in San Juan with LWAs fuss than with the tour. However, it did lead to a lovely day of exploring.
Vick was able to provide one of the best tours I’ve been on in a long time! I was staying in San Marcos and picked me up and escorted me to San Juan. It was so personalized and informative about the culture of Guatemalas coffee fincas! He even showed us around San Juan afterwards. I would HIGHLY recommend!
Victor came to our hotel on time for the Tour de Café. He is quite knowledgeable on the subject, both from his family and familiarity with coffee producers in the San Juan Laguna area. The class was more a dialogue as we shared experiences and information each of us had about the cultivation, harvest and processing of coffee.
We had a great experience around the coffee-farm, with a nice story, a lot to see & taste and background information on request. The smaller tour at the cacao and textile 'factories' is a good addition to the tour. You also get some history of the city from the friendly & enthousiastic guide.
The tour was a lot of fun. It was really interesting to see the plantation and Vick was very knowledgeable of the plantation, the coffee, and its effects on the local community. After the main coffee tour, since the group was just my father and I, we were able to also do a honey tour. Definitely weaker than the coffee tour but it was unexpected and completely free.
This tour was awesome! Vick is super friendly and knows everything about coffee. He kicked things off with the history of coffee in Central America, which was very interesting.. We got to see the whole process—from the coffee plants to drying, roasting, and grinding. It was hands-on and easy to follow. The one of best parts? Tasting the coffee at the end. It was so good! Vick explained the flavors and brewing tips in a way that made it fun and not too technical. Highly recommend
