View on Google MapsThoroughly enjoyed this trip. Ride out onto the lake was fun with the 180 spins. Then a fantastic ride through the chanels seeing so much bird life. Pools were lovely experience- just about the right length of time. Able to try out the varying levels of temperatures and have a beer! Obviously can get cold and windy on the boat so wrap up. You get given a big waterproof and life jacket. Changing area at pool side bit basic but fine. Will was a great captain! One of the best trips so far for us
Highly recommend this tour! Loved every minute of our time on this tour. Will was friendly and funny and gave us a good insight into the local area around Rotorua. The bird life on way out to the pools is superb and the hot pools so great! Extreme relaxation with a few thrills on the way!
Spent a sunny day and night in Rotorua as a break in a journey. Loved the lakefront development, Kuirau Park and walking around the central city.

Wow, what an experience. There was only 4 of us and the weather looked iffy, but the guys still took us out. And so glad they did! The jetboat speed and spins was the highlight for our 4yo and 6yo. The hot pools were lovely. Lots of different temp pools and an amazing view over Lake Rotoiti. Even a cold plunge into the lake via a water slide if you're brave. Highly recommend this tour.

We took this tour as a part of our Royal Caribbean cruise. The guides were very knowledgeable and funny. The boat was a blast. My wife and daughter had a great time even though my wife's hand prints are probably permanently crimped into the boats handrail.
It's not cheap but I'd still recommend this. Staff were all excellent and everything is well run and organised. The hot springs are gorgeous but I'd hate to be there if it was busy (the area is quite small). Great way to see the area.
Will was a great tour leader and his knowledge of the area, sense of humour and ability to interact with all ages made this a truly wonderful experience . Exciting, interesting and relaxing. The slide into the lake is a 'must do '
