View on Google MapsIt was a great trip, the tour guide met us right outside our port. Make sure you show him your booking. The trip is long from port but well worth it. We went to a lot of the main hot spots and were able to get off to take pics and walk around. The tour guide was very informative and provided a lot of info. We were pressed for time since we needed to be back by 6 pm, but overall great experience and got to see a lot.
Berlin is rich in history and beautiful architechture . It is a must visit place when in Germany. I enjoyed the experience .
Berlin isn’t just serious history. We also enjoyed the vibrant city vibe. Street musicians were playing near Museum Island, and we got to enjoy a German beer with our quick lunch. The bus ride back gave us time to relax and look through our photos.

Our guide made Berlin’s past and present come alive. We saw where the Wall once stood, visited the site of Hitler’s bunker, and learned about the city’s Cold War days. There was also time to see the beautiful Berlin Cathedral and grab a pretzel and coffee.

Hi, the guide in Berlin, Hashim, was great. The rest of the trip was not good. We were told to be ready to board between 7:45 and 8:00. All people were on the bus, but we sat and waited for 30 minutes for 2 people who never showed up. We lost another 30 minutes sitting on the bus at our first stop in Berlin, because the driver had to wait 30 minutes before he could drive again, per German law. So, we lost one full hour just sitting on the bus, and we had only seen 1 palace!! Then, the driver had to leave Berlin no later than 5pm, so the guided tour took up our entire time in Berlin. We had absolutely no free time to explore, spend time at key sites, and people were running to try to get a bite to eat, and get back on the bus by 5pm. There was no time for shopping for small remembrances. So….a very long day on little food, and very little time to spend at key places. The confusion between the driver and his schedule and the 2 guides resulted in a disappointing experience. I suggest the tour operator tighten this process up, so it is a more enjoyable experience.
I loved how this tour took care of everything , transport, timing, and all the history. I would’ve been overwhelmed planning Berlin on my own, but our guide handled it like a pro. We even got tips on where to grab currywurst like a local. 😋
The transportation was super comfortable, and the guide adjusted the walking parts to suit everyone. Berlin’s energy was unforgettable, and this tour made the most of every hour. Plus, we were back at the ship with time to spare. Safe and enriching!
Communication between the three entities was very poor. The person who seemed in charge didn’t know that there were two people who would not be coming due to missing the boat at the previous port. We waited more than 30 minutes on the bus before he finally decided to leave. That was actually about 45 minutes late. The driver didn’t communicate that he could only drive us to the first stop the. Would have a mandatory 45 minute break. We got on the bus at 7:30 am. At almost 11:30, we had to stop and there was no food near by. Didn’t get to get anything to eat until almost four o’clock. Then the driver let us know we had to leave by five. Thought we would have free time in Berlin. Instead we were cut short. The awesome guide was not told any of this. He had no idea we hadn’t eaten or had to stop for 45 minutes. It was more than disappointing. Can’t recommend this particular company due to all of this and the wasted time.
