View on Google MapsTried to do too much in the time we had and did not get any free time to do some shopping etc People wanted time to use the restroom or get something to eat but it was so rushed you could not really do any of those things. We also had traffic problems and almost did not make it back to our cruise ship in time . Viator did everything they could to get us back to the ship on time
The tour was canceled due to not enough people signing up for the tour. We were VERY disappointed that an entire day planned for an important tour was suddenly cancelled the evening before. Unexceptable! Next time I will book thru my cruise ship, Viking, and not book thru TripAdvisor.
Bus was waiting outside cruise terminal gate at the time we were informed of 24 hrs before. 3 hr bus ride to Berlin with restroom stop, day in Berlin with guide was about 4 miles walking, very good tour with short time we had, 3 hrs back to cruise port arriving on time promised

Good itinerary for experiencing a Berlin overview. Rachel did a nice job of explaining the context and significance of the places we visited. Itinerary from the beginning of the day could have been clearer
Bus pick us up a cruise port and they were good to give us breaks down to Berlin. They showed us many land marks in Berlin. We had time to shop/eat/get souvenirs. The tour guide was knowledgeable about the subject and the sites. She put an emphasis (made sure we knew) about other marginalized groups that were subject to the Nazi regime.
While we didn’t have any set expectations going into this tour, it turned out to be incredibly eye-opening. The experience offered insight and historical context that helped shape our understanding of Berlin—and even the world today. The tour was very well organized, punctual, and ran smoothly from start to finish. A truly worthwhile experience.
Its was a great tour with Dimitri our tour guide, Rene our bus driver and Rachel our Berlin tour guide. We were picked up at the dock. The bus was very comfortable and new. They even give free water. The tour was very informative and likeable. Bus ride was not bad at all and very comfortable. We enjoyed it totally plus price was half of what the ship offers.
When we got to Berlin we picked up guide. He was excellent, gave great history and then gave time for pictures. He answered all the questions from people on tour. The driver was also very friendly and extremely talented to drive large bus through streets full cars. They got us back to the ship with plenty of time to spare. The only downside was it was Sunday and most stores were closed.
Berlin tour and guide was great. Long ride but worth the time! The guide was very informative, funny and caring. Felt very comfortable and learned amazing facts throughout the day.
We were met at the cruise ship port and traveled by coach to Berlin, where we picked up our local guide, a native of the city. There was a bit more walking than I expected. We saw all the key sites: Brandenburg Gate, the Jewish Memorial, Charlotte’s Summer Castle, the remains of the Wall and other sites. Our on bus guide was also a great guide and explained a lot of history to us.
