As a solo participant, this sushi class was so fun to do! Not only did I learn about the process of making sushi, but I also learned how to make Egg Rolls and miso soup. The hosts were very welcoming and great to talk to & learn from. There were nice views of Tokyo City while making sushi as an added bonus. Highly recommend booking this class and supporting locals!
