Stunning Views of Bohemian Switzerland: Gate, Tisa Rocks, Bastei

We had a wonderful experience with Bohemian Adventures, made truly special by our guide, Mirek. His calm, attentive energy set the tone for the entire day. Nothing felt rushed, and he was always quietly watching out for everyone in the group. Tisa in winter is an absolute wonderland. The scenery is breathtaking and almost otherworldly, with incredible views at every turn. It is one of those places that genuinely takes your breath away. Lunch was a generous, comforting meal in a cozy, home-style restaurant, exactly what you want after working up an appetite exploring Tisa. The drive to Bastei Bridge was smooth, and while the walk itself is not difficult, it was reassuring to have Mirek’s guidance along the way. I traveled with my 80-year-old mother, and Mirek was exceptionally supportive. He provided walking poles, offered steady assistance when needed, and gave her the confidence to complete the walk comfortably. Magical walk through nature in winter with a great host, Ondrej. Delicious lunch and drive through the countryside. Suitable for families.

Fantastic day!!! Warren was a great guide full of knowledge and humour- couldn't have asked for better. It was a great day for both my husband and I as well as our 2 kids (10 and 12). The views are just breathtaking and the walk at the end (in the half dark/dark with head torches was magical!). Great food and lots of smiles!

Incredible experience! The views at the top of Pravčická Gate and Bastei Bridge are unbeatable and walking around Tisa Rocks is awe inspiring. Ondrej, our guide, is clearly a very experienced hiker, able to help out anyone struggling with the ice, and very knowledge of the area and local history. Highly recommend going in winter, don't be put off by the snow or temperatures - ice spikes are provided and the hikes keep you warm - and the views are certainly worth it!

If you want supreme maximum adventure take this trip. Warren was an awesome guide. really knowledable of the local history and well traveled with lots of reccomendations! the trails are beautiful. lots of photo opportunities.

Highly recommend Bohemia Adventures! We did a full day winter hike to the Gate, Tisa Rocks and Bastei Bridge and our guide Warren was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Had the most amazing day with a final twilight walk through Tisa which was an unforgettable experience.

It was a breathtaking trip. Beautiful cliff views. The nighttime rock labyrinth capped it off perfectly. Warren was an engaging and fun guide!

Had a great day, lovely views and Warren is an excellent guide. Even with the foggy weather the group had a good day, pretty scenery, snow and a cosy lunch. A good day trip from Prague
