View on Google MapsThis is one of our best experiences in Italy so far! We stayed in another hotel in Agerola and discovered this place by coincidence while walking one evening . We came in to see and the owner Pasquale invited us for a drink and told us about the cooking experience happening next day which we gladly attended! There is everything in the garden from the entrance! - vegetables, fruits, grapes, spices so believe it everything is prepared from their one production and fresh!! Pasquale showed us how to make traditional gnocchi from the region and we were also able to participate! Next he showed us the wonderful regional Fior di latte cheese process and let us taste it with tomato and basil inside of a cheese ball - and it was so delicious I kept asking for more! Once gnocchi was cooked, Pasquale wife prepared tomato sauce and we all got to eat this spectacular & delicious dish! During the time we also tasted their local wines and at the finale received freshly made tiramisu ! This experience was truly unique, wonderful and with food better than any other restaurant we eat before! You can also wine and dine at this place without booking a class, but if you have time book both as it it truly worth it and will be a highlight of your trip in the Amalfi coast! Do not eat in restaurants downtown, and make an effort to come up to the beautiful, picturesque Agerola !
My husband and I attended the workshop on our honeymoon on the Amalfi Coast. Pasquale and Roseanna welcomed us into their beautiful farmhouse in the mountains to taste their organic wine while teaching us to make gnocchi and tiramisu. The gardens at the house are breathe-taking and the tiramisu was the lightest, creamiest dessert you could ask for. Pasquale topped off the tiramisu with his homemade Grappa. We loved being able to meet friends from all over the world during the workshop, but most of all, sitting around a table together enjoying our creations. Definitely a highlight of our trip!
We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 young people aged 12, 18 and 21) and we ALL loved this evening spent in La Vigna degli dei! We made very good spirulina gnocchi, succulent mozzarella and delicious tiramisu, all under the direction of our 2 guests! Of course, we went to the table to enjoy everything accompanied by limoncello, white wine and red wine "home". All this was included in the price! But more than anything else (and it’s priceless), it was the Mood of the evening and the kindness of Pasquale and Rosanna that made this evening a great success! Thank you both!
We had the most amazing day at this cooking class in the beautiful home of Pasquale and his family - couldn’t recommend enough; a must do for anyone staying in the area! We had lovely organic wine, cooked gnocchi from scratch and watched fresh mozzarella be made - we were also treated to the best tiramisu! Well worth the money and we hope to return one day! X
Very welcoming simple and authentic sustainable food and cooking. A lot of history and family secrets. Shows that you can do so much with so little if you have great products. A great adresse to try, better then any restaurant on the amalfi cost.
What a great authentic experience! We visited a cute farm in the hills of the Amalfi Coast. We stayed in Positano, so the car ride there was not cheap, so be prepared for that. Otherwise, we learned to make Gnocchi and mozerella while sipping wine in a small group setting. Very unique experience and recommended.
Although it was quite a drive out over the rocky Amalfi roads, this was a great experience. My parents are from Italy so I’ve seen all of this many times before but my adult kids loved it so much. We had a wonderful time. Hosts were kind and welcoming
If you’re looking for an unforgettable, authentic Italian experience, this family-run cooking class in Agerola is it! It was, without a doubt, the highlight of our Amalfi trip. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by the wonderful couple who run this experience. Their passion for food, tradition, and sharing their way of life made us feel right at home. We learned how to make fresh mozzarella and gnocchi from scratch. The process was hands-on, engaging, informative and—most importantly—absolutely delicious! If you want to immerse yourself in true Italian culture and hospitality, this is an absolute must-do. We left with full hearts, full stomachs, and great memories. Don’t hesitate, it’s worth the drive - just go!
Drinking homemade organic wine and eating fresh made mozzarella, gnocchi and tiramisu in an idyllic Italian setting...what could be better! Pascual is an enthusiastic teacher and chef of good Italian food. This is a must if your staying in the Amalfi region of Italy.
Wonderful experience and hospitality! A great day for the family with delicious food and a lot of fun. Well worth the drive!
