View on Google MapsWe had an absolutely wonderful day on the private tour with Joe. Joe was exceptionally knowledgeable and loved to share his experiences which was very informative and humourous. Being the private tour we were able to travel along the dunes in Port Lincoln NP. The NP is beautiful and has lots of wildlife. In the afternoon we did Whalers Way and Mikkira Station Koala Sanctuary- wow, a koala low down in nearly every tree!! - an absolutely amazing experience. The extra $'s for the private tour is well worth it - spoil yourself! Thank you Untamed and a special thanks to Joe who went above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience and everlasting memories!
Beebs picked us up at 8am and returned us at 4.40pm. In between that time we had the most fantastic tour of the Port Lyncoln/Eyre Peninsular area. We went to Port Lincoln National Park, Sleaford Bay , Wanna Lookout, Stamford Hill where we had morning tea. We went to the Fresh Fish Place for lunch and the fish chips and salad were delicious. The fish was Nannygai. Best ever. We went to Fishery Bay, Whalers Way, Cape Wiles where we saw Fur seals and Mikkira Station Koala sanctuary where we saw the cutest koala with a baby, kangaroos and birds. We then drove to the Port Lincoln marina and then to the highest point in Port Lincoln Winters Hill Lookout to finish the tour. Beebs our guide was amazing having lived in the area for over 50 years his knowledge of everything was magnificent. A world class tour. Thank you Beebs.

Customizable tours to suit YOUR preferences! You can be as adventurous or as tame as you like. Our guide, Joe, was actually only a few years older than we were, and we got along very well. We climbed the sand dunes (in the 4x4), and though I have done that before in a real ATV, one of my group was new to it and enjoyed it immensely. We saw koalas up close, we were walked through history. I particularly enjoyed the convo over coffee and bickies… All in, it was an enjoyable day!
I just had to share my experience! The views were absolutely stunning! Chris, our tour guide, was fantastic—so friendly, super knowledgeable, and a really skilled driver. I learned so much about the history and the area while soaking in those breathtaking sights. If you’re in Port Lincoln, this tour is an absolute must-do!
Chris was amazing. I was a solo traveller and this tour along with Chris and the great people I met during it honestly made my trip and was one of the highlights of my travels. Chris has outstanding knowledge and is an asset to untamed escapes. I really recommend this to everyone. If you’re thinking about it, do it! The knowledge you learn throughout this tour is worth every penny and more. Beyond grateful - thank you Chris
Wow a great tour. Tour guide Ian was excellent, sharing his 50 years of local knowledge. Such stunning and diverse scenery. Awesome lunch at The Fresh Fish Place. Up close to the koalas at the Mikkira Station Koala Sanctuary. Would recommend this tour.
This was an amazing tour! The guides were amazing and i would take this tour 100 times over again! you will not regret this tour its so wonderful.
The tour informative and entertaining. Ian picked all the right spots in Port Lincoln and told us their stories. The fish and chips lunch was exceptionally good too.
The best day trip ever! Our guide was exceptional and full of local knowledge. The areas of national park and private property we visited to see the views and wildlife were astounding. Access through locked gates to see what we saw would not have been possible unless on this tour. Highly recommended!
Had a fabulous day touring the area with our very knowledgeable guide. Took us to places that were off the beaten track. So many photo opportunities.
