View on Google MapsWe did a cenote cave snorkeling tour at Taak Bi Ha (which literally means Hidden Water) with MyQuest Concierge in Playa del Carmen — and I truly cannot say enough good things about this experience. MyQuest Concierge is a company run by local guides, and they completely tailor the day to you. Want to stop for lunch? Adjust timing? Customize your adventure? Just ask — they make it happen. Communication was spot-on, pricing felt fair, pickup was right on time, and everything felt easy from start to finish. 🚐 We were picked up directly from our hotel and drove about an hour to the cenote. 🤿 Our guide had all the snorkeling gear, including flashlights (which you absolutely need). When we descended the stairs into the cenote… wow. A breathtaking cave with crystal-clear water — and for a while, we were the only ones there. Here’s the magic part: You don’t just swim in the lagoon — you snorkel through pitch-black caves. Some areas are narrow, some require climbing over water-covered rocks, and without the flashlights you literally cannot see the person next to you. It was thrilling, a little scary, wildly exciting — exactly the adventure we were hoping for. We spent about an hour and a half exploring and never once felt rushed. Even when others arrived later, it never felt crowded. A few honest notes if you’re considering it: • The water is cold — but you adjust quickly • No fish or animals — this is about the cave + experience, not marine life • If you plan to snorkel through the caves, snorkeling experience is recommended (you can’t touch the bottom most of the time) • The cave itself isn’t long — maybe ~20 minutes from entrance to the furthest point — but the experience stays with you ✨ I will never forget this adventure. Huge thank-you to MyQuest Concierge for creating exactly what we were looking for and giving us such an incredible day. If you’re craving adventure, beauty, or something completely unforgettable while in Playa del Carmen — this is it.

Carlos was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the culture and architecture. He made the whole day a fantastic experience for our family.
So awesome! We had a great family tour with a baby Abraham our tour guide was the best you can ask for. Informative Knowledgeable Polite We would do it again for sure
We had an incredible experience on this VIP Cenotes Private Tour with our guide, Isaac. He was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we had the best experience possible. He picked us up right at our hotel, got us to the cenotes early before the crowds, and took care of everything so we could just relax and enjoy. Each cenote was unique and breathtaking. The first lagoon was refreshing, full of fish, and the perfect way to start the day. The cave cenote quickly became one of our favorites—the crystal-clear water made it feel like we were floating in air, and seeing the bats flying above added such a cool touch. The cavern had much deeper water and hidden offshoot caves we never expected. The final open-air cenote was just as special, with clear water and a lush, green bottom full of plant life. My husband even got to jump off the deck into the water, and we had the place to ourselves before anyone else arrived. Isaac made sure every detail was taken care of and that all our needs were met. His knowledge of the area and warm personality truly elevated the experience. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip, and we highly recommend booking this tour—you won’t regret it!
The cenotes Oscar took us to were beautiful! He was very knowledgeable and we really enjoyed the tour. We would definitely recommend this experience to anyone.
The cenotes were amazing and beautiful. Our tour guide, Professor, was very knowledgeable and made wonderful conversations. He is also an amazing photographer. We had the best time and beautiful moments captured with beautiful photographs.
Professor was amazing! He had a vast knowledge about the culture and history. I greatly appreciated his expertise and humor. He was easy to get along with and flexible with the schedule which made all the experience chill and stress free. Would recommend him to all my friends!
This was my favorite tour and experience while in Playa. Abraham was our guide and he made the day extra special with his knowledge of the area and a short history lesson about Cenotes. My breath was taken away when we walked into the underwater cenote, this has to be one of the most beautiful and unexpected natural wonders I’ve seen in my life. The tour starts early and is worth waking up for, we were the only group at the first 2 locations which made this experience even more special. This is well worth every dollar spent.
Juan was the BEST tour guide. I really enjoyed this excursion and he was so patient with us and took so many pictures of me and my best friend while we were swimming in the cenotes. I would highly recommend this!! 10/10 experience!
Oscar Sanchez was an amazing tour with so much knowledge about the history not only of the Cenotes but of the land and the people. I highly recommend requesting him on your next tour to Tulum.
