View on Google MapsHadn’t paddle boarded before but Terri was great because she taught me how to handle & carry the board, how to launch properly & safely. She gave clear instructions on how to position myself on the board to where I was able to stand up on it Which I thought I wouldn’t be able to do so as not very athletically coordinated. She taught me safety & how to get back on when I fell off into the water. I’m now hook on paddle board. Great & fun experience. LOVE it.

We booked a lesson for son (12 yr old) to learn paddle boarding. Terry the owner was very helpful and provided the lesson our son really enjoyed his time and did really well learning to do things the right way the first time. Truly worth time and money. My wife and I rented a couple of kayaks during that time and we had a blast. We can't say enough about the quality of equipment and instruction. We look forward to buying a kayak from them and doing future group activities. Great outfitters

Some friends of mine and I went to go deep water soloing at East Clear Creek, up by Winslow. I decided to rent an inflatable stand up paddle board, and everyone I talked to at Riverbound Sports was both knowledgeable, and active, outdoorsy people. They even had a record of the last time I rented from them, and were able to give me tips on what to do and where to go. When I returned the SUP, but forgot my life jacket, they were really understanding and let me go home and pick it up. All around a great experience.
Very friendly staff and reasonably priced. I rented a inflatable stand up paddle board and the board looked brand new and was great quality wish no issues . I will definitely be returning

Hubby came across Riverbound Sports Paddle Company while Googling places we could rent paddle boards (a bucket list item of mine!) I am so glad he did! Everyone was super friendly when we picked them up. Being as our first time, we had lots of questions - all which were answered without making us feel dumb or like we were bothering them. They taught us how to use everything, put things together, tie them down, etc. One of the gals even gave a recommendation on the best place to go. Same upon return. Super friendly, answered more annoying questions (without making us feel inadequate). I really liked our entire experience with them. The rate was super reasonable as well. We picked up Saturday night before close (literally like 20 minutes before close) and had them all day Sunday, returning them an hour before close. They were $40 for the day rate + $5 for picking them up the night before. All the equipment was in great condition - nothing questionable, dirty, or appeared to look mishandled (you know when you rent things and their questionable whether they will hold up?) We already plan on coming back to rent again - and bringing our friends to rent as well! Highly, highly recommend Riverbound Sports Paddle Company. I can't say enough good things!
Easy rental process and staff are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and answered all of my questions. Even helped load/tie down SUP and unload the next day. Will definitely rent again and since they are locally owned and operated they will be my go to if I end up purchasing.
Corey and Teri were great when it came to setting us up with the paddle boards and getting us all we needed to transport them. What really stands out is the time taken to show us some of the great places to go and how to get there. Their suggestions were right on. If you are thinking of renting paddling equipment in the area I highly recommend Riverbound Sports.
