The flight was delayed and rerouted, but our driver remained in constant contact to let us know they were waiting. Upon leaving the hotel, the drivers were very professional and courteous making sure we had plenty of time to get to the airport for our flight. The vehicles were very clean and air conditioned. I would definitely recommend and will use them again on my next trip! Thank you for providing safe travels in Punta Cana!!
We had Private VIP SUV Airport Transfer from the Excellence El Carmen to the airport (PUJ). We were fortunate enough to have Romulo assigned as our driver. His English was excellent...extremely better than our Spanish. He was very professional and told us of the political history of the Dominican Republic. He was very knowledgeable on the subject and his story was quite interesting. He made the 45-minute trip go by very quickly. I will be requesting him when we return next August.

We were picked up at the airport by Pedro with Excellent Transfer VIP. We booked for a trip from the Punta Cana airport to the Melia Caribe Beach Resort. Pedro met us at the airport and was wonderful. His SUV was clean and safe. He did 4 trips for my family arrivals and each time he could not have been more wonderful. He is a wonderful person inside and out!
They took excellent care of our entire group and made great restaurant suggestions. We will definitely be using their transportation service when we return to the Island
