Private cooking class with lunch or dinner in Pescara

Stefania is an excellent teacher, cook, and host. She is truly passionate about the art of cooking, and she went above and beyond to make sure that we understood the cooking process. The highlight of the evening was the magnificent meal which included a beautiful setting and wonderful conversation. It was a night my family and I will never forget.

We were warmly greeted by our hostess and partner at their home. Luisa doesn't speak much English and our Italian is minimal so we were happy that Viatour arranged for a friend of Luisa's to attend and act as sort of a translator. We got the chance to make 3 different dishes from scratch and were awed by Luisa's expertise in making the various doughs. When all was done, we sat down for a friendly meal trying our creations, and sampling the host's homemade wine and Amaro. A lovely evening with generous and friendly hosts.
