View on Google MapsIt was one of the best experiences we had in Spoleto. Our host, Claudia, was AMAZING in more ways than one. She was Very Gracious & an amazing cook. She took us on a tour of the city & welcomed us into her lovely home for the best lunch ever. We enjoyed very minute of our stay with her & her husband. Would definitely do it again.
We wanted an authentic Italian experience. Our day with Claudia & Francesco started in the old town of Spoleto. We shopped for sausages and bread in centuries old markets. We journeyed to their home which was both welcoming & gracious. We put on our aprons and started right in with cutting the pasta. The meal was over the top fantastic, however the conversation was like a family gathering giving us an unforgettable cultural experience. In particular, Francesco’s English was excellent 😜. I HIGHLY recommend this experience.
What an absolute treat! For several of our group, this was the highlight of our three weeks in Italy. Claudia and Francesco were the most gracious of hosts and the meal they prepared was worthy of a Michelin star! Kudos all around.

We had a wonderful time with Claudia and her husband Francesco. We walked the city center together and saw the main highlights of this fabulous city as we purchased some items for our lunch. We then went to their home where we were served a fantastic homemade meal. They were gracious hosts and treated us like family. I would highly recommend this excursion if you are looking for a communal experience.
