This tour was so much fun. You really get to see the full end-to-end cheese making process, which is incredible to watch unfold. And, the cheese tasting at the end is also fantastic. Going through the Parma Ham facility was also so interesting. Lisa was a great guide who was excellent at communicating the history and processes related to these incredible foods in the region. We loved the whole experience, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the excellent cuisine in and around Parma!

This was a very well organized and professional experience. Nice Mercedes van with a friendly driver. Lisa was our guide and she was extremely knowledgeable. Amazing how much she knew. The dairy visit was interesting and mostly kept the kids (7 and 10) entertained.
