View on Google MapsIt was my first time in such an experience — I had actually given the activity away, but acabei also participating, and I can say that I would recommend it 1000%! Chef Ugo was super professional and, at the same time, very welcoming: he even played music from my country, making me feel really at home. The space is beautiful and super cozy. We made fettuccine, ravioli and tiramisu. And, since we couldn’t eat everything, Chef Ugo also gave us containers to take away — a very kind gesture. Super recommended: Chef Ugo is a guarantee!
We had a wonderful time cooking with Ugochef (John Pierre). He truly has a love for cooking and sharing his knowledge with others.
Such a fun experience! Our chef was so informative and his passion for sharing authentic recipes and family stories was Italian perfection! The perfect activity for our time in Palermo!

Chef made this class fun, informative and easy! Food was amazing!! Small group size was appreciated!
Such a fun experience with some of the best pasta and tiramisu we’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend. The class was taught in a fun, easy to follow way. We’re so excited to take our pasta making skills home with us!
Ugochef was a great host and chef! Perfect ravioli and linguine, and the sauces were delicious. Easy conversation, nice music, a wonderful afternoon!
We have just returned from what amounted to a private cooking class with UgoChef. We made fettuccine with sundried tomato pesto, spinach and ricotta ravioli and tiramisu and we learned so much! This was one of our favorite meals in Sicily. We picked his brain for advice about everything from homemade pizza to wine, why recipes may fail at home, learned about what the typical Sicilian eats (not pasta every meal) and shared travel stories. Our three hours went by in a blink and we were sad to leave. I would recommend this in a red hot second.
Jon Pierro was awesome! He was patient and fun—one of our favorite things we’ve eaten in Italy! So yummy
Giani was incredible! The best meal we had in Palermo by far! We had so much fun and it was an amazing experience . Giani was very funny, knowledgeable, and took pride in his cooking and it showed. This cooking class is a must if visiting Palermo!
Amazing chef!! An amazing experience being brought into a private setting and learning how to make great pasta and tiramisu. Highly recommended.
