It is essential to safeguard safety and it is worrying that they have personnel who are at night, driving at speed, going over a curve and making sudden trips that may have led at times to a serious accident, in fact during the return trip 3 people were nearly hit on the road. It is also essential to safeguard professionalism, being that the driver made multiple stops without making it known if any eventuality occurred. In short, they are not trusted and we will not rehire.
D’abord erreur de réservation confondue avec quelqu’un d’autre…la viste le matin du site archéologique ok mais temps sur place trop long…j’ai poireauté une heure en attendant le retour du mini bus….une certaine confusion : touriste égarée parce qu’elle n’avait pas compris où était le lieu de RV, prise en charge d’autres personnes et de leurs bagages qu’il à fallu attendre…on est arrivés à Agua Azul vers 15h30 (sans avoir rien mangé) deux heures sur place ok mais d’autres personnes étaient en retard au moment de repartir au point que le chauffeur excédé voulait repartir sans eux…on m’a changé de bus…arrivés vers 19h30 nuit noire à Palenque…j’en passe.je n’en pouvais plus! Je ne recommande pas ce tour.

On a pris une guide en supplément. Les gérants du tour le propose sur place. Très intéressante. Il faut noter bcp de trajet entre les 3 points d'intérêt. 1h des ruines a misol ha 1h de misol ha a agual azul 1h30 pour rentrer
Journée très sympa dans les ruines de Palenque en pleine forêt tropicale. Attention il fait chaud et le guide est en supplément si vous le souhaiter. Nous avons opté pour le guide, ce qui est un plus, notamment s'il s'agit de votre premier site archéologique Maya. La Cascade et les chutes sont très cool pour se décontracter. Mention spécial a l'orage tropical que nous avons eu aux chutes qui nous a laissé de bons souvenirs haha
This trip is all about managing expectations. It is essentially just transport links between the attractions. We went to the ruins for 4 hours, there isn't any food there and you can buy water from the back of someones van. Be prepared to take a packed lunch as 4 hours is a long time, the attraction took me 2 hours to go round, you could spend longer if you climbed every temple. The instructions are given in Spanish so make sure you can speak a little. Next we went to Misol Ha and spent only 35 mins there - you can swim here and take photos of the waterfall - there is the option to buy food here I think (cash only). Lastly you go to Aguas Azules, lots of places here to eat and drink (take cash). The day we went the weather had been bad to the aguas weren't azul in fact they were marron. However it made no difference to me. We spent 4 hours here, would have been great had we been able to swim. The group was disappointed and had suggested maybe the trip should have been cancelled due to the weather.
The archaeological area of Palenque is spectacular! Both the ruins and the jungle! We formed a group on arrival and paid for a guide who told us the story. A genius! Misol-Ha beautiful place! But we were left alone and almost missed the nicest thing it is to see the water fall from the inside. Towering Blue Water!

a very good experience, I liked the 1 day tour because I met 3 places in one trip the same the price was very accessible.
