He was really helpful in explaining the intricacies of Italian flours and encouraging in understanding Italian cuisine. Even better was the opportunity to eat the end product for lunch, so a morning well spent. I had a fantastic time! Immediately went and bought a gnocchi board.
We are equipped to make great gnocchi back home! Francesco was very patient with us, and gave us a very nice, and social experience.
Finally I know how to make gnocchi! Francesco was a wonderful teacher and very interesting to talk to. The gnocchi was delicious.

It was great fun and our gnocchi was delicious. Francesco was very knowledgeable and friendly. We learnt how to go further than the "supermarket" gnocchi, and make a genuine gnocchi da Padova. Especially liked how to do the garlic in the sauce. 5 stars.
Chef Francesco was knowledgeable, efficient and well able to give instructions in simple terms which made the experience very relatable and enjoyable. The concise instructions will ensure that I translate this experience to my own home cooking

Chef was friendly and on top of things. Showed us step-by-step technique for making proper Venetian gnocchi, which we intend to replicate. Shared food from other couple who were making lasagne. Had plenty left over for a dinner a few days later.

Chef Francisco is highly motivated and well versed in his craft. He has an easy going yet no nonsense approach with an excellent comprehension of English. His explanations of Italian food regulatory controls and standards were both nuanced and well presented. I certainly learned a significant amount in just two hours.
