Private 4-Day Tour from Bucharest to Transylvania with OTP Airport pick up

ROMANIA, discovery of Transylvania: the tour was very good: many churches, monasteries, castles (including Dracula). But as soon as the site was important or expensive, it was not understood and we could not visit it like PELES Castle or BUCHAREST Cathedral, city we flew over. But other than that, no folklore only on the last night in a restaurant: you could see the back dancers dining in a restaurant in BUCHAREST by a lake. Guide was good. My criticism is about the food: we opted for a supplement of 132 € for full board. All lunch and dinner were identical: meatballs with potatoes and polenta, cakes like creamy mocha. This is the first time we are disappointed by the tour operator.

We chose this tour to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary & we couldn’t have picked a better one. Everything from the accommodation & food through to the excursions & people we met was excellent! Our guide Bogdan was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He put us at ease right away with his friendly and relaxed demeanor. He is a very experienced tour guide and this shines through in his knowledge and professionalism. We would definitely want Bogdan as our guide if we ever come back to Romania. Whether it’s your first trip to Romania or your 10th if you’re not taking a tour with Bogdan you’re missing out!!
