View on Google MapsI booked my Auschwitz tour months in advance, leaving at 10:00 AM with hotel pickup. A few hours before departure, the schedule was changed, no contact, no phone number, leaving at 2:00 AM (!!!) without pickup, and waiting outside Auschwitz from 4:00 AM to 10:00 AM in -4°C (25°F) temperatures waiting for tickets while the driver was at a warm café drinking coffee. At least the other groups had a guide who would queue for them, take them to the bathroom or for a hot drink. We were stuck waiting for 6 hours, and the driver finally showed up at the very end. I'm a tourist on vacation; if I pay (and it's very expensive!) for a visit to a museum that's essentially free, I expect a service that can't even begin to match the one I received.
This particular agency is completely unacceptable, it canceled our trip a few hours before without any other alternative, it is not reliable at all and should not be trusted! Cancels without any true explanations and never answers the phone or messages Anyone who books a trip with this agency should know that they will never go! They look more like a scammer than a professional

Was meant to be picked up at 10.10 am had whatsapp day before saying there was a problem with a shortage of guides so we need to be picked up at 02.10 am. So we got there at 2.10am at the pick up point to be told at 02.15am its changed to 03.00am. Arrived at austwitz at 04.20am to wait in a queue till 06.30am for the gates to open. On gaining access at 06.30 we then wait in a queue until around 09.00 to be told we were lucky we got tickets. It was the last British tour of the day. We had paid for the tickets in advantage but obviously they hadn't brought them. Terrible service complete scam but thankfully we got on the tour and it was a great experience although very sad. We also ordered a packed lunch never got it thankfully hadn't paid for it. Please avoid to avoid disappointment.
I had a very bad experience with this company. Their website says pickup is at 8:30 AM with the tour at Auschwitz starting around 10:00 AM with an English-speaking guide. That sounded perfect, but the reality was completely different. The night before the tour, they sent a WhatsApp message saying there were “more people than tickets available” and that pickup would now be at 4:20 AM. Some other guests were picked up even earlier, around 3:00 AM! When we asked our hotel receptionist, he said this was normal for this company, and that during busier periods they even start pickups at 2:00 AM. If that’s how they usually operate, why don’t they say it clearly on their website? We arrived at Auschwitz around 5:30 AM, only to wait in line until 7:30 AM in order to buy tickets. The first available English tour was at 11:30 AM, meaning we waited for hours doing nothing. When some people asked if they could join an earlier Polish-language tour instead, the driver said: “Fine, but then you’ll have to find your own way back.” When we objected, he just said: “I’m not in charge, talk to my supervisor.” Then, he called his supervisor and said "My boss says you can't take the earlier tours, everyone has to take the English one". Apparently, if you book only a few days in advance, you’re expected to wait in line for hours because they don’t pre-purchase tickets. To skip lines, you’d need to buy tickets months ahead, but they never mention that when selling their tours. In the end, this tour was just a very early pickup, long waiting times, and minimal organization all for €100 per person. You can easily do the same on your own: go early, wait in line, buy tickets, and take a bus or train from Krakow. You’ll save loads of money and avoid a frustrating experience. My advice: avoid GR8 Way. Book your tickets directly with the museum and go independently.
Had a great experience today with Bohdan and Anna. Booked through our hotel, Bohdan picked us up and drove us to Auschwitz, and had a great personality, lots of fantastic discussion in his car. Arriving on time, Anna was our tour guide around the sites and was wonderful. Such an amazing, difficult, thought provoking tour and place. Highly recommend.
We did Auschwitz tour and it was a very good experience. Bohdan was punctual, extremely friendly and provided clear explanations throughout the trip. Such a nice and clean car we loved so mush!! Bohdan made the journey comfortable and informative. Highly recommend!
Booked for an 8AM slot, paying handsomely. Unfortunately this gang of crooks contacted the afternoon prior advising the time had changed to 3:30AM. No discussions or options provided. Clearly they do not book tickets in advance as they should and the better operators do.
I booked you for an 8:05 a.m. pickup. But suddenly the afternoon before, the pickup was changed to 3:30 in the morning. We were also told that there was a possibility of waiting for about two hours on site in Auschwitz. At that stage, it was less than 24 hours before departure, so there was a 100% cancellation fee. We have cancelled the tour because we cannot participate in such an early morning gathering tour, but there is no refund. Be careful with this company.
Scam didn’t turn up to our pick up point, changed the time from 7:30am to 3:20am the day before and no communication as the lines don’t open until 6am. It’s a massive con and the address of the business is some dingy apartment. Avoid like the plague!
Our ticket stated that the start time was 11:30 am, but we received a notification less than 24 hours prior that we had to be on site at 7:20 am. We were staying in Krakow (more than 1 hour away) and our car was in a secure parking area which didn't open until 7 am so we didn't make it in time. We stood in line for 2.5 hours to buy new tickets and had to wait another 2 hours for that tour to begin as everything is timed entry. Ultimately, we had a wonderful guide and grateful that we were able to tour the camps. Our recommendation is to buy your tickets directly from the Auschwitz site, but still be prepared for last minute changes in entry time. Apparently, this happens all the time.
