View on Google MapsEverything was smooth, from meeting at the Puro Yoga studio on Bygdoy alle, to the pacing of the session. It’s around 2,5 hours, and it felt like the perfect length: enough to drop in, not so long you get tired. Food was great, Monika is wizard in the kitchen :)
The class wasn't about performing, it was about feelings. Gentle postures, breath work, and a pace that actually helped me unwind. Afterwards Indian inspired brunch felt warm, clean and supportive for digestion. I've never tasted something like that before. Soo yummy
I’m not a hardcore yogi, and I never felt lost. Monika explains clearly and offers options without making it complicated. The practice was accessible, and the brunch made it feel like a full mini-retreat, not just a class.

I expected a nice yoga class and food. What I got was a proper reset. Monika created a safe, warm atmosphere, the practice was gentle but meaningful (breath + presence), and the brunch felt thoughtfully prepared. I walked out lighter, mentally and physically.
I came in a bit stressed and scattered, and left soft and steady. Monika’s presence is the kind that makes you trust your own nervous system again. The yoga + brunch combination is such a good idea, body first, then nourishment :)))
Really wonderful experience and Monika was excellent, calm, attentive, and skilled. Only practical tip: bring your own towel if you’ll want one (it’s not included). Otherwise, I’d absolutely recommend it. food was great and shower after session even better :))
This experience is basically “Oslo life, but make it gentle.” The atmosphere was calm, the room was warm, there was that nice incense scent, and Monika led the class with such steady attention that my brain finally stopped running 37 tabs at once. Thankfully, Monika’s style is perfect for that, supportive, grounded, and zero pressure. And then the brunch… honestly, it felt like the universe saying “good job” in food form. I left relaxed, happy, and slightly annoyed that I can’t book this every week.
