This was an amazing activity. My wife, son and I really enjoyed our time at Decision Tactical. Alexander gave us outstanding guidance and made the whole experience fun and a valuable learning experience. We will definitely come back on future trips to Central Florida.

I visited Decision Tactical in Sanford with my family, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. We did the Basic Package – Track 1, which cost $73.83, and it was absolutely worth it. Our trainer, Drew, truly made the experience. He was incredibly funny, informative, patient, and outgoing, which helped everyone feel comfortable and confident. He explained everything clearly and kept the session engaging the entire time. Our visit lasted roughly 1 hour and 40 minutes, and the overall atmosphere was very chill and fun. We went on a Saturday around 4pm, and while there was a decent crowd, it wasn’t too packed. By around 7pm, it had noticeably died down. One really cool feature is that each participant gets a dog tag with a QR code that includes your name and phone number to use during the simulation. You get to take it home with you and can bring it back anytime you return to play again, which is a great personal touch and makes repeat visits easy. On top of that, they send you a playback video of your simulation directly to your phone number, which is awesome for reviewing the experience and sharing it. The staff overall were excellent—there were plenty of them, and they were very approachable and knowledgeable. They even interacted with us casually while playing pool, which added to the relaxed, welcoming vibe. Everyone we encountered was cool, professional, and informative. This place is best for teens and adults, especially families or groups looking for something exciting but well-organized. I would definitely recommend Decision Tactical and would happily go back again.
Had a great time with Drew as our instructor. The place is awesome with realistic home defense scenarios without live fire. There is good beer, good food and good folks all around I will definitely be back. Highly recommended
Great introductory experience, very friendly experience patient and funny employees helping us through the process.
Our coach, “Jacob” was really good at what he did and me and my mom had a blast shooting the targets. The immersion was also spot-on! There was 6 of us, and we all had a fun time.
WOW! From start to finish every staff member we encountered was amazing! Scott was so fun and had us in track the whole time and pushing us little by little to get us better and better!
