Great lessons - teenage sons loved it and would do again - they were really pleased that they stood up and surfed and appreciated the guidance they got
We couldn't go out due to the tide being too high to produce waves. I wanted to leave a review because the instructor was honest and upfront about the conditions. We got a refund because we couldn't go another time.

We stayed at the Outrigger Reef Resort so the meeting point (at the resort beach) was easy. We had a private and semi private lesson with Josh & Lindsay. They were great, did all the paddling work, and made it super easy to catch a wave. Me and kids (9 & 12) learned some basics on shore and went straight out. The waves were tiny and perfect for learning. This also made it very easy for the kids to feel comfortable. The boards were huge (I think 12 ft long) so even though the waves were tiny, we were all up and surfing in no time. We had a great time and this ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you.
The instructor was friendly and patient! Very beginner friendly experience. Definitely recommend!!!!
Trevor was an excellent instructor who could accommodate from mom and dad to teenager! Living in Oahu for almost 2.5 years, we finally had a chance and courage to learn how to surf. It was a precious experience for us as a family and Trevor made it fun and exciting! All of us were able to stand and surf at least once or more even though tide was high. He helped us paddle out to the waves and back to the shore, "literally" carried us out and back. Thank you, Trevor, for our staycation memorable and wonderful!
Everyone had a great time learning how to surf. Good place for beginners the waves are not too much. Brandon was very patient.
This is a once in a lifetime thing to do! Is a must! If you like high adrenaline activity! This is it! Hights are super awsome! Friendly crew!
We had a great time and both of is stood up on the board! Tommy shared a lot of great pointers and did a great job teaching us the essentials and beyond.
Trevor was so good! We were so tired of paddling and he even "towed" us along from his strong paddling!
