Our driver was fabulous. She was waiting at the airport for us and was very friendly and knowledgeable about Nouméa. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. On the drive to our hotel she gave us many tips of things to do during our stay. She was engaging and gave us a beautiful welcome to Nouméa.
Warning: Horrible service - which we ended up not using and had to go to the CC company for a refund. We came for our honeymoon and tried to reschedule the transfer for our departure, but the rude, aggressive, and harassing messaging from the customer service person was enough of a red flag to warn me against using their services at all. They even went so far as to contact me without permission on whats app, which Viator asked for screen shots of when I issued a complaint of the messages from them, which essentially were multiple rage texts over our late request (12 hours before schedule). Everyone else on our trip was very pleasant and easy to work with and we very much enjoyed our trip, with the one exception of this company’s representative. I advise not getting in the car with someone who has this degree of temper.

It was just a transfer to the Airport but our driver got us there efficiently and “Safely” which we are eternally great fully for as a speeding vehicle evading police swerved head on into our path in a constricted section of road. Our driver quickly and safely reacted narrowly preventing a catastrophe.
Gaetan saved me! I had idiotically booked a transfer with a company that no longer existed (thanks to trip advisor not having removed the company when they ceased operations). The amazing staff at Chateau Royal was able to arrange a transfer at the last minute with Gaetan and I’m safely on the way to the airport now. That’s what I call the excellent service. Highly recommended.
I really liked the driver and had an interesting discussion with him about New Caledonia. I liked the way he contacted me the night before on WhatsApp to inform me he was filling in for another driver who was sick and to renegotiate a pick up,time.
