View on Google MapsThe driver was lovely and friendly but was a driver not a tour guide. He had limited knowledge of area and culture. It took us 30 min to find our driver so meeting point instructions need to be clearer with the whatsapp number for the driver not the mananger in Tahiti that does not respond. The sights were great but we got back early not a 3 hour tour.
Brian was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable about NC. We had a terrific time seeing sited that most tours would miss.
Very bad experience, a van that broke a door shortly after the four people climbed. He took her to a workshop a long way away and then he wanted us to pay her the repair. We asked for water and he told us to give him money to go buy it when in the conditions he said they would give us the water. It completed three hours without extending the time lost in repair. And he proposed that we do one more hour by paying them 100 euros. Anyway not recommended.

The guide was very sweet and lovely! Start of the tour was great, I wish we could have spent more time at some locations towards the end. Honestly, was a bit expensive for the type of tour we received. The locations speak for themselves (absolutely stunning) However, given we paid $342AUD for 2 of us, we were underwhelmed with the overall experience.
Ann had tripadvisor remove my original review because she did not like what I wrote. Every word was true and can be supported. I warn you to NOT go on this tour! EVERY item listed that they promised we would see was closed which they knew, as apparently everything in Noumea closed on Mondays. So why take booking on a Monday? I contacted the owner Geaton as I was very upset at pay $700 AUD / $55,000 xpf and his brilliant defense when I said you promised we would go to the markets and they were closed, was, "well you did go there, but it is just that they were closed"! Because everything was closed we ended up in a supermarket and he made that a positive from them! Ann spend time on her phone trying to get her friend to take my sons scuba diving as she gets a kickback from him and though we were keen to end the "tour" she made us wait as she kept trying to reach her friend and Geaton again told us how Ann went above and beyond just for us. Ann started our tour off by continually discussing inappropriate personal family issues making us very uncomfortable. Apparently if I write what she said, my post gets removed at her request......seems fair. Take this tour at your own risk!!!!!
Very enjoyable tour, highly recommended. We stopped at many different place across about 3 hours, all in air conditioned comfort. Our guide Anne was lovely, very knowledgeable and very helpful. We really enjoyed chatting with Anne about the history of NC, and current day life on the island. The stop off at the French patisserie was a delicious highlight!
Our guide Anne provided us with a wealth of information about New Caledonia and Noumea - she also took us to various lookouts an beaches the the locals go to - I would recommend this tour to my friends

Very disappointed...we know times are tough but we wanted information about Nounea....New Caledonia...and the Kanaks...did not happen....all our questions had minimal information provided...places were closed and we were still taken there? Plus Gaetan spent a lot of time on his phone booking more trips....he needs to update his information about the country ..and look after the people in his cab at the time...we have done a lot of private tours around the world....this was the worst we experienced....
My wife and i had a great time being shown around this beautiful island by Gaëtan. The whole experience was made to feel very personal on our behalf as he explained lots of interesting facts and history of Nourmea. Pickup timing was perfect, vehicle was spacious, comfortable and air conditioned. And at each stop off point we were given very good time and space to walk around to explore the places and take loads of pictures, especially from the high vantage points where you could see literally the whole island. If we needed more information then Gaëtan was more than helpful to step forward. We can highly recommend.
