View on Google MapsKaren, our guide, was very knowledgeable. We learned so much about the history of Newport. We would definitely recommend this tour!
Our guide MARK was excellent – very knowledgeable about the details, pleasant and able to answer difficult questions. Due to the cold and windy weather, we had a small group and it was as though it was a private tour.
This gentle 90 minute walk through the quiet streets of the Historic District, away from the clamour of the waterfront was a revelation. Led by our guide Frank, who’s warmth, impressive knowledge and great story telling brought this fascinating and pivotal period of American history, events and characters to life. Extremely interesting and enjoyable.

Mark was an excellent tour guide. He’s a navy veteran local guide with tons of knowledge and a great speaking voice. Highly recommend. Very enjoyable.
Frank our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and a great communicator. Will recommend this to others. This is a must do.
Great tour! Perfect length and liked the connection to the anti-slavery movement in Newport. We were visiting with our family of 6.
The guide was amazing! Very informative and engaging. We had a beautiful walking tour, and the guide was a rich font of obscure facts that I had only heard once or twice before.
Great tour! Very informative and it lasted about an hour for us. Very good for history buffs who are interested in American history
