Our day with Nara Kotsu Sightseeing Bus made our visit to Nara utterly stress-free and more enjoyable than we expected. We appreciated the comfortable, air-conditioned coach, which was a relief under the autumn skies. The stops were well-timed at major highlights (Tōdai‑ji, Kasuga Taisha, deer-filled Nara Park and the overlook at Mount Wakakusa), allowing us to soak in the history without rushing. Our guide was friendly, fluent in English, full of interesting insights about the temples and the deer, and answered our questions with ease. The driver proved skilled and courteous. A special touch: we received a small memento at the end - such thoughtful hospitality. For anyone wanting to explore Nara with comfort, insights and minimal logistics, I wholeheartedly recommend Nara Kotsu. A 5-star experience.

It was worth the price, so we were not exhausted and could still do other activities in the evening. The bus was roomy and air conditioned. Our tour guide, Masako was very helpful and informative.

First, definitely worth 10,000 Yen as it covers all of the entry fees to the different shrines, temples etc. Masako, our tour guide was very friendly and speaks fluent English. Very informative and ensures we were well taken care off. We were given enough time to spend at each location and I definitely recommend her for a tour guide in Nara, thank you 🙇‍♀️
