Tour of antique shops, cultural stores known only to the locals

Truly a hidden gem with unbelievable prices. Takako truly knows where the best spots are for great deals and delicious food. I definitely recommend this tour and make sure you plan enough time in your day for this.

Browsing the store is like a museum. Great prices and friendly people. Temple visit worthwhile, and traditional Japanese lunch. Felt like a local!

This tour happened at the end of my first trip to Japan and Nagoya from the States. The week had been very busy and I was tired. The trip to the store and temple were very relaxing, however. The people were pleasant and friendly. The guide helped explore a massive collection of antiques and we found just the right treasures. The store owners went out of their way to welcome me. I am genuinely glad I didn’t stay in the hotel, being so tired, and booked this tour. I especially like my kimono, hand fan, and theater mask.
