Underground city & Downtown. Great way to stay warm!

The guide was very informative about the history and culture of Montreal. I learned a lot! The experience made me more confident in exploring the underground city and riding the public transport by myself. I would love to do another tour in the summer!

Thom was an excellent guide. My husband and I were the only guests so we had ample time to ask questions and see the city. We enjoyed learning about the communities, the tunnels, and the transit. We ate at the food court after the tour (Eaton mall).

We took this tour last year when we were in Montréal and were so excited to take it again with Thom when we came back to town! Thom's incredible knowledge of and passion for Montréal and its history and people are infectious!! He has a gift for making the city's history and architecture and unique attributes come alive. Every time we come back to Montréal we will take one of Thom"s tours.

Excellent tour which is a “must do” when arriving in Montreal. It gives a Fantastic overview of the city, its history, its culture and how it works. The tour was fantastic in introducing us to the underground city network which is key in getting about and seeing the city. Tom, our guide was excellent, very engaging, knowledgeable and passionate about his city. Really is a must do and great value.

Tom gave an excellent presentation of the technical, historical and social aspects of building the "Underground City" of Montreal. He welcomed questions and provided comprehensive answers. He used the underground displays to give us a succinct history of Quebec and Montreal. While using the Metro, we heard about its technical aspects through design construction and operation. We enjoyed it very much.

Highly recommend this tour! Tom was everything you want in a Tour Guide - professional, knowledgeable & very engaging. By the end of our time with him, we felt comfortable to venture off on our own through Montréal’s amazing Underground City.
