We had an excellent experience! We prepare with appropriate clothing and footwear. In our case tennis with good grip, t-shirt and comfortable dry fit shorts. Wearing gloves was a big deal. Ours were a pair of gardening gloves, with "full" fingers. A backpack with water and drink with electrolytes. We ate well before we went. We arrived at the rendezvous point on our own and from there went with the instructors to the starting point. Security talk was first on the show. The instructors paid close attention to making us feel relaxed, knowledgeable and safe all the time. Besides giving us a fun time. His help explaining the details of the equipment and technique was great. We hope to participate in another tour soon!
This class was my husband’s father’s day gift and we enjoyed it so much along with him. It was wonderful to see our 12-year-old start with nerves and ultimately it felt unstoppable. This would not have been possible without the wonderful attentions of Gaby and Miguel, who at all times made us feel safe. Your patience and good handling of the situation made it a great experience for everyone.

Amazing experience! Great views included😉 It was my first experience with rappelling and I was damn nervous before though it’s gone after very first descent. Lily, Danny and Leo were so patient with us and explained every detailed carefully.

It was a great adventure - a wonderful experience, very nice tour guides. We felt safe and entertained the whole time, the team was motivating us to push our limits, and we made amazing progress. It was a round trip-we got picked up from our hotel in Monterrey and returned there afterwards.
