This is undoubtedly the best travel experience we have had during our three-month trips. In Mhamid, at the foot of the Sahara, taking a trip with the nomads, under the direction of Khalil, was the most authentic experience we could hope for, a real insight into the way of life and culture of the nomadic Moroccan people. It was far from the other great tourist routes in the Merzouga, and we felt much wilder than we had imagined. It's easy to reach by car, but far enough away to have an authentic experience. Khalil and the other nomads are extremely friendly and are incredible chatters. We have been very fortunate to learn from them and have shared a lot about our natural world and the complex sustainability and policy issues we face. They prepared fantastic dishes and made us feel at home. Thanks again.

We (my friend from Germany and I) really enjoyed being able to walk in a small group with 4 men from Belgium for 3 days trek, very pleasant, funny, always in a good mood. The team from DesertBrise Travel (guide, cook and two camel drivers, as well as the various drivers) was also always at the top, pleasant, available. As for my friend Ylay and I, we were a little overwhelmed by the physical effort required.
