Should you require any assistance, feel free to visit the hotel reception desk, where our team will be happy to assist you and guide you as needed., Check-in is at 10:00 AM., The ticket includes four hours of unlimited access to the hotel’s world-class wellness facilities, along with an afternoon tea., Afternoon tea is served between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, with 6:00 PM being the closing time., This is an adults and youth-only experience, and children under the age of 16 are not permitted., The premises are wheelchair accessible, with the exception of the salt cave and the hot/cold plunge pools, which require the use of steps., Towels are provided on-site, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer., Don't forget to bring your swimwear., If you book the option including transportation, pick-up will be scheduled between 8:45 AM and 9:45 AM depending on your location, and the return transfer pick-up will be at 5:00 PM.
