Such friendly tour guides (Angel 1 + Angel 2) who also spoke fantastic English. We did the 8am slot and it was incredible. We were there to watch earlier balloons take off and we took some great photos from the ground whilst we waited for our departure. We had a perfect flight, incredible lighting and a great pilot with a gentle landing. Angel offers some fantastic drone footage also for purchase if interested- he is very talented. Breakfast was fantastic. We chose not to eat in the cave and opted for a buffet spread with endless options, great service, good food and a good understanding on gluten free (Most things were gluten free). The pyramids were good, we spent 1.5hrs walking around there. Great photo opportunities however, if you weren't too interested you can definitely appreciate it enough from the sky above in the hot air balloon. Overall, we definitely recommend Angels tour.

It was a nice experience. It was one of the things we wanted to do on our trip to Mexico City. I booked at this agency because it was the only one that offered to pick me up at the hotel and as the check-out was very early it was important for me. And it was an excellent decision. They treated us beautifully, cared for every detail to make our experience wonderful. I highly recommend them, they made us feel like family.

The most wonderful experience you can live, from the moment you are picked up at the hotel, a unique kindness in each of its hosts. Angel and his collaborators are more than service providers, they connect with the tourist, exchange opinions and make part of the lived experience. Your warmth and concern for every detail are unique. This balloon company was the only one that offers hotel pickup, in the others you are met at a meeting point and the departure is very early which makes it unsafe. They come for you to the hotel, they look after you and they're the best. We felt accompanied. Everything included in the service was excellent,, the delicious buffet, the warm place, in each place they take their time without effort, definitely have no competition.

The most amazing experience! Angel has a great energy, is always attentive to responde any questions and to accommodate any special requirements. I highly recommend the agency. Plus you do whole cultural tour about the obsedian artwork, the cacao process and the nopal and all you can do and eat with that plant.

This was a really special experience! I was here alone and Angel does such an amazing job letting me know what the day would look like along every step. He speaks both Spanish and English and made sure I understood what my options might be. He translated when I needed. Monse was my balloon guide and she was great, they make sure to delay if winds are high but they tell why everything is happening. The flight was 45-50 minutes. Take-off and landing were smooth. We celebrated our flight with a shot and some champagne. From there we went to breakfast. The food was great no complaints there. From there at the next stop I learned about the different ways agave was used and the different types of obsidian. I got to taste pulpe for the first time. (You get to shop at each location, so bring cash.) At the next stop I made chocolate and did a mescal tasting. The flavors are all really good, I wish I could’ve taken them all. Next I got to go to the pyramids to do a self guided tour. But angel has tour guide recs if you need one. At the final stop I saw all of the ways nopales/cactus are now used. It’s extensive from food to cosmetics. I ended up buying a perfume. My day was long but I knew what I was getting into and at no point did I have any regrets. You definitely get what you pay for. I’d choose this tour over and over again, I had a great time and I hope you’re able to choose this option!
